We reserve the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

• To access test results, you must register for an account using valid information, including clinic name and contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You agree to notify PetLabs immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may update your password and clinic details (e.g., adding a new location) within your portal.
• PetLabs is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Access to Test Results

• Test result documents are made available through your secure account once processed by PetLabs.
• You may download and retain copies for your clinic’s medical records.
• You agree not to share or distribute any test results outside of authorized clinic personnel or pet owners.

5. Data Security and Privacy

• PetLabs implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data.
• Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access another user’s account.
• Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Site without permission.
